Managing Devices
Adding a Device
1. Log in to the StreamPilot app
2. Go to the Devices section
3. Click Add Device
4. Your current public IP is detected automatically
5. Give it a name (e.g., "Home Network", "Office") and save
Understanding Device IPs
StreamPilot authenticates by IP address. Key things to know:
- All devices on the same network share one public IP — register it once
- If your ISP changes your IP, update it in the app
- Mobile devices have different IPs on cellular vs. Wi-Fi
- Device limits are per IP address (Standard: 5, Pro: 10)
Streaming Service Preferences
For each streaming service, you can configure which country to route through:
1. Go to Services in the app
2. Find the streaming service you want to configure
3. Toggle it ON
4. Select the country/server you want to route through
5. Changes take effect within seconds (DNS auto-refreshes)
Pro tip: Only enable services you actually use. Keeping unused services disabled reduces the chance of domain conflicts.

Contact support to permanently delete your account and all data
