Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade / Downgrade
1. Log in at app.streampilot.tech
2. Go to Account → Subscription
3. Choose a new plan — changes apply immediately
When upgrading, you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining period.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
- •Your access continues until the end of the billing period
- •No refunds for partial periods on annual plans
- •You can reactivate at any time
Payment
Accepted payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards via Stripe.
Update payment method:
Account → Subscription → Update Payment Method
Failed payments:
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry up to 3 times. You'll receive an email notification. Update your card to avoid service interruption.
Invoices & receipts:
Download invoices from Account → Subscription → Billing History.
FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Pro Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel within 7 days and you won't be charged.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When switching from monthly to annual, you'll start a new annual billing cycle.
